Freschetta By The Slice MIR

In case you haven't seen this yet, there is a Mail In Rebate (*UP TO $2.39) to be found on the inside of marked Freschetta By The Slice boxes. To receive your rebate you must:

• Buy any two (2) Freschetta Pizza By The Slice products at the same time on or before 8/31/11
• Mail in original rebate form (found on inside of box), the original UPC from both product pkgs and the origianl store CRT, dated on or before 8/31/11 with your product purchases and prices circled.
• Request must be postmarked by 9/30/11 and received by 10/14/11

**Limit is 2 rebate submissions per name, address or household
